Rescheduling
You may reschedule your collection free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot by contacting us.
Cancellation before collection
Cancellations made before sample collection are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid, processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
After collection
Once a sample has been collected and sent for analysis, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Failed collection or sample issues
If a sample cannot be processed due to a laboratory issue, we will arrange a free re-collection.
Consultations
Physician consultations may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Missed consultations without notice may not be rebooked free of charge.
